CPIT employs approximately 2000 staff who are selected on the basis of their level of education achievement and enthusiasm so that the students will not have to face any trouble in building up their academic proficiency.
 At CPIT emphasis is laid on ‘applied’ learning, where theoretical education is combined with hands-on approach. The success of 'applied learning' approach is borne out by the number employers who prefer CPIT-trained employees.
