ADMISION CRITERA

 International students are required to demonstrate proficiency in English.International students, who have graduated from the Intensive Level 106 course of ELS Language Centers Canada or have completed level 6 English at Vancouver International College , are exempt from having to demonstrate proficiency in English. Admission requirements vary depending on the program or course.

REFUND POLICY

International Students

Student Refunds BEFORE Program Start

1. Seven days after the contract is made and before the program starts, the College retains the lesser of 25% of the total tuition fees due under the contract or $400.00.
2. Thirty days or more before the program starts, the college will retain 25% of the total tuition fees due under the contract.
3. Less than 30 days before the program starts, the college will retain 40% of the total tuition fees due under the contract.

Student Refund AFTER start of Program

1. If written notice of withdrawal is received by the college, or a student is dismissed within 10% of the program, the college will retain 50% of the total tuition fees due under the contract.
2. If written notice of withdrawal is received by the college, or a student is dismissed after 10% and before 30% of the program, the college will retain 70% of the total tuition fees due under the contract.
3. If written notice of withdrawal is received by the college, or a student is dismissed after 30% of the program, there will be no refund.
